It's funnier to watch Kurt keep making dramatic plans and none of them coming to fruition. I think Dudebro will choose fishing and spent a bit too long being excited about what they're doing and running after slippery fish and come in last. The other teams will choose land -Burt mainly because he doesn't care for the gleam in Kurt's eye when faced with the more dramatic water option - and finish in varying orders in he first three places with little fuss given that all teams have perfectly capable people who are good with details and directions.
