So yes, this is amazing. I love that Carole's actually a character in this, in so many fics (and the show, oc) she's brushed aside in favour of the men in her family. Also, the flashes into what the rest of the kids were doing, that pretty much spelled out their relationships with their adoptive parents? Excellent. You used so few words to get across such a clear picture, and I'm pretty much in awe of your skills here.

Rachel was adorable and hilarious, Santana was absolutely heartbreaking. That double standard is so awful, and yet it's played out all the time in media and real life, so I really appreciated her perspective on how devastating that would be.

Kurt and Finn being brotherly just makes me ♥_♥ all over the place, and also, Sue Sylvester. I was wondering when she would show up, and she's only had one line but I'm already excited about her.
